1. Provider

Maximilian Schlecht (contact details in the legal notice). Support: max.schlecht2000@gmail.com.

2. Service

Tracki is an iPhone app with a server for logging nutrition, water, weight, fasting and training and for connecting AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Grok. The iPhone app, tool messages and ChatGPT cards support German and English; the assistant sign-in pages are in German.

Open beta: Tracki is in an open beta phase. The iPhone app is distributed through Apple's TestFlight; it has not been released on the App Store so far. Tracki is still being developed during the beta, so errors and interruptions are more likely than in a finished version.

Tracki currently has no payment feature. Connecting AI assistants, synchronization and server-side AI features require an internet connection. Outages or maintenance at Tracki or the services involved may temporarily interrupt these features. No particular availability percentage is agreed. Statutory rights relating to outages or failure to provide the service remain unaffected.

Age and permissions

Tracki is for people aged 18 and over. You can only take part with a self-declared age of at least 18. Connected assistants additionally require you to meet their provider's age and access rules.

A separate, explicit consent is presented for processing your health data. Accepting these terms or merely reading the privacy policy does not provide that consent. Apple Health access, sharing activity and recovery values and connecting an assistant remain separate permissions. Withdrawing health consent blocks health-related use, deletes everything stored for your account (besides nutrition, body, water, fasting and training data and meal photos also the profile, settings, recipes, favorites and training plans), and ends assistant connections and access keys. Withdrawal does not itself delete the account or private participation and consent evidence. Failed deletion steps can be retried; the block remains meanwhile. Automatic nutrition goal calculation is currently intended only for healthy adults aged 19 to 78.

3. Health notice

Tracki is not medical advice. Calorie and nutrition values, goals, fasting notes, training plans and recovery values are general information. They do not replace a doctor's examination, diagnosis or treatment. Estimates, for example from photos or recipes, can be inaccurate.

4. AI assistants

If you connect an AI assistant, its provider writes the answers. Tracki only gives the assistant tools for your own account. Check suggestions before you accept them; the assistant only saves changes when you ask it to.

5. Your obligations

6. Ending use and deletion

You can stop using Tracki at any time and delete your data or your account in the app. If the app does not yet offer „Konto löschen“ (delete account) for your sign-in method, contact support: max.schlecht2000@gmail.com.

Without the iPhone app, you can export your data, disconnect AI assistants and delete your account under Manage account. You need to sign in and confirm your e-mail address before deletion.

7. Liability, applicable law and changes

Liability is governed by applicable statutory rules. The health notice and warnings about possible inaccuracies in AI results are not a blanket exclusion of statutory liability or statutory rights.

Applicable statutory rules govern this service, including mandatory consumer rights under the applicable law. These terms agree neither a special limitation of liability nor an exclusive place of jurisdiction.

Necessary security or legal changes may require updates to Tracki. Material changes to the agreed features or these terms are explained clearly. Where the law requires advance notice, consent or a right to terminate, those requirements apply. Continued use is not treated as blanket acceptance of new terms. Statutory rights to necessary updates, including security updates, remain unaffected.
