Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Tracki to ChatGPT?

Select Tracki in ChatGPT and sign in with your Tracki account – the one from the iPhone app, or a new one you create on the sign-in page under „Konto erstellen“ (create account). Tracki then shows which data the assistant may read and change. The connection is only created after you agree. Finish signing in within 30 minutes; otherwise start again.

What is Tracki's minimum age?

Tracki is intended for ages 18 and over. You declare your own date of birth when you take part; under age 18 you cannot take part. Public health-related features become available only after required permissions. These are self-declarations and account confirmations, not official identity checks.

What happens if I withdraw health consent?

Health-related use is blocked. Everything stored for your account is deleted: besides nutrition, body, water, fasting and training data and meal photos also the profile, settings, recipes, favorites and training plans. Assistant connections and access keys are ended. The account and private consent evidence remain until account deletion. If a deletion step fails, use remains blocked and you can retry. What can the assistant see?

With read access:

• profile, goals and day types;
• meals, foods and recipes;
• water, weight and body data;
• training plans, sessions and results, including workouts imported from Apple Health;
• fasting;
• Apple Health activity you explicitly shared in the app (steps, distance, active energy, workouts), only while „Aktivität aus Apple Health teilen“ (share activity) is on;
• recovery values (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, VO₂max, body fat) only with the additional opt-in „Erholungswerte teilen“ (share recovery values), which is off by default.

With write access it can create, change or delete supported entries, goals and plans only when you ask it to and within the features available to your account. Fasting history is read-only in chat. An assistant cannot change the Health permissions themselves; that is only possible in the app.

How do I disconnect?

In the Tracki app under Profil → KI-Assistenten → Verbindung trennen (Profile → AI assistants → Disconnect). Without the app, use Manage account on the web: there you disconnect single or all assistants and revoke access keys. The assistant loses access immediately.

How do I export or delete my data?

Profil → Daten exportieren (export data) gives you all stored entries as a JSON file. Profil → Alle Daten löschen (delete all data) or Konto löschen (delete account) removes your data or your whole account.

Without the app you export your data and delete your account on the web under Manage account. Sign in there with your Tracki account. For the export your sign-in may be at most 15 minutes old, for deleting at most 5 minutes; otherwise you sign in again first. To delete, you also enter your e-mail address.

Other MCP clients

The server address for Claude, Grok and other clients with MCP support is https://gettracki.app/mcp. Sign-in uses OAuth with your Tracki account.
